Salary : $95,000 - $145,000; DOE

Ventura County, CA | Full-Time | PALS, Inc.

PALS, Inc. is hiring a full-time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to support adults with intellectual and developmental disabilitiesmany of whom have experienced traumaat our Ventura County location.

Were seeking a compassionate and skilled clinician committed to trauma-informed, person-centered care. This is a great opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of others while working in a collaborative and supportive environment.

You will be based out of our Santa Paula office and will manage a caseload of 25-35 persons in our Santa Paula and Santa Barbara offices. Some work may be performed remotely. Some driving required.

What Youll Do

• Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs)
• Create and oversee individualized Behavior Support Plans (BSPs)
• Train and support direct support staff and caregivers
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team (e.g., case managers, nurses, therapists)
• Monitor data and outcomes, modifying interventions as needed
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory and ethical standards
