What You'll Do :

Provide customer service by following security-related procedures and site-specific policies, as well as participating in emergency response activities when appropriate.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.

Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility and along the perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity, recognizing that working environments and conditions may vary by location.

Communicate security-related concerns or incidents to Allied Universal management and / or client representatives promptly.

Monitor entrances, exits, and sensitive areas to help to deter security-related risks, using observation and reporting skills.

Support access control procedures by checking credentials and granting entry as required by site protocols.

Maintain detailed and accurate logs of activities, incidents, and irregularities encountered during patrols.

Provide assistance to employees and / or visitors in a professional and courteous manner, addressing security-related questions or concerns.

Minimum Requirements :

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
