Job description

Job Description

We are seeking a Family Practice Physician for a locum tenens assignment in California. This opportunity starts on Oct 27, 2025, spans 120 days, and features day shifts Monday through Friday. The physician will manage a panel of chronic care patients in a standard FQHC setting.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Manage a panel of patients with chronic care needs
  • Provide comprehensive primary care in an FQHC setting
  • Conduct routine and follow-up examinations
  • Develop and implement treatment plans for chronic conditions
  • Coordinate care with other healthcare professionals as needed
  • Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation

    • Additional Information

  • Must hold an active California medical license
  • Required board certifications : Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
  • Experience in community health or FQHC settings is beneficial
