Job descriptionComplete nursing assessments and client assessments that include intake, evaluating a client's ability to meet the admission criteria for that particular department, identify presenting problem(s), history, medical information, family involvement, psychosocial / psychosexual information, and other pertinent information to form an appropriate clinical impression including substance use / abuse and abuse / neglect. Document timely, accurately and in accordance with Center policies utilizing current systems and practices. Document accurate information, which reflects client progress based on the appropriate therapeutic modality. Therapeutic services will be time limited and specific to the presenting problem(s) of each assigned client. Request documentation from other facilities, as needed. Work with insurance companies to provide the required information and complete insurance documentation. Record delivery of all directed medications and treatments per treatment plan and policy. Deliver medications and other medical treatment as directed by physician's orders. Deliver therapeutic services commensurate with skill level. Supervise subordinate personnel as assigned (i.e. client care specialists and medical assistants). An RN will be designated as the Charge Nurse each shift to fulfill these duties. Transcribe orders and call medications in to pharmacy. Schedule appointments and assist clients in obtaining appointments. Demonstrate an understanding of medication protocols and able to answer basic questions about medication. Complete referral paperwork as needed. Obtain requested information from other physicians / agencies. Demonstrate the ability to accurately assess and document a client's medical status; including but not limited to taking vital signs, height, weight, BMI, and suicidal ideations reporting any concerns to the appropriate personnel. Obtain client consents for releasing information. Demonstrate an understanding of basic concepts regarding practice of Licensed Independent Practitioner (LIP). Teach common activities of daily living as needed. Facilitate and provide education to the public, staff, groups and individualized education to clients and their families as indicated. Teach, monitor, and evaluate the competence of client care specialists and medical assistants in medical equipment, groups, and nursing care of clients. Provide emergency services as needed, either by phone or face-to-face. Participate in an on-call rotation as required by the department manager per Center policy if necessary. Abide by all Center policies and procedures. Maintain positive working relations and rapport with the communities served. Weekday night shift differential $5.00 (7 : 00pm-7 : 00am Monday-Thursday) Weekend day shift differential $4.00 (7 : 00am-7 : 00pm Saturday-Sunday) Weekend night shift differential $9.00 (7 : 00pm-7 : 00am Friday-Sunday) Eligible for $150 / month ( $1,800 annually ) in student loan repayment, available at hire Earn $750 for every person you refer who is hired and remains employed for 6 months and receive an additional $500 every year as long as you both remain employed Bilingual wage premiums available for individuals fluent in Spanish or Burmese Multiple health plan options to fit your lifestyle Health premium wellness discounts Employer paid HSA contributions Mileage reimbursement Dental and Vision 403(b) retirement plan Employer paid life insurance and other supplemental insurance products to choose from Up to $10,000 in tuition assistance Birthdays off after 1 year of employment 4C Health is a Drug-Free Workplace employer. These nursing positions are for our Inpatient Psychiatric Unit and Psychiatric Urgent Care located in Peru, Indiana.

Pay range is dependent on education, experience, licensure, and shift differential :
$32.00 - $43.75 / hour
Shift Differentials available which include :
Bilingual premium available for individuals fluent in Spanish or Burmese
Charge Nurse premium available for RNs who are designated as charge for their assigned shifts.
