Our client, a leading organization in the healthcare equipment industry, is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join their team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be part of the Customer Support Department supporting the Service and Repair team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Shift : Days (08 : 15 AM - 4 : 30 PM)

What's the Job?

• Process orders for capital equipment, collaborating with Contracts / Pricing, Finance, and Territory Managers
• Manage customer technical support needs efficiently and professionally
• Oversee service and repair of capital equipment to ensure timely resolution
• Utilize ServiceMax database to monitor service and repair status
• Manage equipment loaner, invoicing, evaluation, and trade-out processes
