Job Summary

We are looking for a Spanish-speaking ABA Therapist or Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children with autism in Laurel MD and nearby areas.
You will work directly with children-at home, in schools, or in our center-using individualized treatment plans developed by a supervising Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Your role will help children build communication, social, and daily living skills while supporting families in our community.
Service Areas : Prince George's County ( Laurel, Savage, Bowie)
What You'll Do :
Deliver 1 : 1 ABA therapy to children in daycare, home, or center-based settings
Follow individualized treatment plans developed by a BCBA
Reinforce communication, social, and daily living skills
Maintain clear and accurate session notes
Use your bilingual skills to support families and ensure culturally responsive care

Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent
Must be at least 18 years old
Reliable vehicle and personal means of transportation
RBT certification required
