We are Hiring :  Weekend Registered Nurse (RN) – Senior Living

Employment Type :  Full-Time (Weekend Shift)

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team on weekends to help continue our legacy of excellence in senior care.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with their care plans and physicians’ orders.
  • Administer medications and treatments accurately and on schedule.
  • Monitor resident conditions, report changes promptly, and document all nursing activities.
  • Coordinate care with CNAs, LPNs, families, and the interdisciplinary team to ensure residents’ physical and emotional needs are met.
  • Promote a safe and supportive environment consistent with facility standards and state regulations.
  • Participate in rounds, shift reports, and quality improvement initiatives.

Required Qualifications

  • Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Wisconsin.
  • Previous experience in long-term care, rehabilitation, or senior living preferred.
  • Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and manage responsibilities efficiently during weekend hours.
  • Compassionate and patient-centered attitude towards residents and families.

    • Work Schedule

  • Every weekend (Saturday and Sunday)
  • Day, evening, or night shifts available depending on facility needs.
