Key Responsibilities

Assist in benefit analysis and defining ROI

Define business objectives and goals while documenting claims processes

Perform gap analysis and facilitate the gathering of business requirements

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in a related field required

4+ years of professional business analysis experience required

2+ years working in an agile environment preferred

IIBA certification preferred

Knowledge of the auto claims process preferred
