Locums - Minneapolis, Minnesota, CRNA Job (Willing to License)

Paid Orientation : 2 Days Required

Contract Length : Ongoing

Coverage Needed : Full Time Preferred. Minimum of two weeks per month Required

12hr Beeper Call available on some Saturdays - not required

8hr Weeknight Call

Would like to review providers who are interested in the occasional overnight shift - weeknight and / or weekends. Not required

Shift Details : 8, 10, 12, and 16 hour shifts available

Schedule : 6 : 30-3pm ; 6 : 30-5pm ; 6 : 30-7pm ; 6 : 30-8pm

Support staff : Care Team Model 4 : 1 ; 24hr Anesthesia Aid Dept. to turn rooms over, bring supplies etc

Amount of coverage needed per month : FTE

Patient population / age : 12+

EMR : Epic

Special procedures : Specialized care

Practice Setting : Hospital - Tertiary facility

Licensed Registered Nurse - MN Board of Nursing required (Willing to License)

Registered Nurse Anesthetist - MN Board of Nursing required

ACLS / BLS Tier 2-Advanced Cardiac Life Support - Multisource required upon hire

Minimum experience required : 1 year
