Performance Analyst

A company is looking for a Performance Analyst / FEP.

Key Responsibilities

Conducts audits of FEP claims, customer service inquiries, and enrollment activities per Plan Incentive Program guidelines

Completes Performance Guarantee audits and supports IA and SIU as needed

Maintains documentation for audit reviews and communicates findings using the internal SharePoint Audit tool

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

High School diploma or GED

Minimum of 5 years' experience in Claims, Membership, or Customer Service

Knowledge of FEP and audit / analytical experience required

Understanding of healthcare industry and claims coding / processing

Familiarity with FEPDirect and Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel
