Supervisory Responsibilities :

This position does not supervise a team nor directly manages employees.

Position Summary

A successful employee in this position is responsible for performing and completing a variety of tasks in the Production department. They will work on the production line under the direct supervision of their manager and / or Crew Leader.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain quality standards
• Meet productivity goals
• Ensure the work area remains safe at all times and follow all safety procedures
• Load pots on the production line
• Plant, tag, and put hangers on pots
• Other duties as assigned by management

Job Setting & Physical Demands

This position is primarily outdoors but may be required to work between locations and within an indoor office environment for administrative duties, which may require the use of computers and standard office equipment. Fluency to read, write, and understand the English language is required. Must be able to work in all outdoor elements, including dust and allergens. There are occasional needs to work on scaffolding. Position requires long-term ability for standing, sitting, squatting, bending, reaching, and twisting on a regular basis to fulfill essential duties. Candidate must have the ability to operate all machinery necessary within the department and across the facility, including but not limited to driving the scooter. Must have the ability to consistently lift up to 30 pounds unassisted.
