CRNA needed in Arizona for an ongoing locum assignment. The clinician needs to have an active state license.

Coverage Needed : Mon-Fri; 7a-3p

Call Required : Yes; 1 : 4 w / no weekend call

Cases Required : Ortho, General, Outpatient, light Peds, Vascular, Regional (NO OB or Trauma)

Must be Proficient in Spinals, Blocks, Epidurals
