A company is looking for a Pharmacy 340B Compliance Assistant in Pharmacy Administration.
Key Responsibilities :
Conduct monthly audits of contract and in-house pharmacies to ensure compliance with 340B program guidelines
Assist with the maintenance and testing of 340B inventory management software
Analyze data on non-qualified prescriptions to optimize the 340B program while ensuring compliance
Required Qualifications :
High school graduate required
Minimum of 3 years' experience in retail pharmacy and / or mixed 340B settings and / or auditing experience
Strong working knowledge of pharmacy systems and EMR in both inpatient and ambulatory settings
Knowledge of 340B splitting software is a significant plus
Pharmacy Tech experience preferred
