Description

Reporting to the Director of Construction and field supervisor as applicable, this role will install industrial refrigeration systems at various locations around the country.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain a positive and professional appearance
• Serve the customer’s needs through prompt, thorough and professional service
• Understand all weld procedures used by RD&S and perform visual quality checks throughout the installation of the system
• Complete daily / weekly work logs
• Travel as required and stay out of town on a job up to 10 days, occasionally longer.
• Weld Carbon Steel and Stainless-Steel refrigeration pipe per RD&S WPS B31.5 standards and Structural D1.1. Cost for WTTI to issue weld certification will be paid for by RD&S. Time to complete certifications will be on employee. This must be completed prior to or within 90 days of employment.
• Read and understand drawings associated with the installation of an industrial refrigeration system and efficiently install sections of system as directed.
• Attend all company sponsored events.
• Attend all required company meetings, construction meetings, and monthly safety meetings.
• Supply personal hand tools and welding shield as required for this position.
• Complete the OSHA 10 online course prior to start date. This online training course will be paid for by RD&S.
