Job description

Job Overview

We are seeking a reliable and friendly Sales Associate to join our team. This role involves working on the second shift, typically between 2 PM and Midnight, and requires the ability to work weekends and holidays.

For a complete understanding of this opportunity, and what will be required to be a successful applicant, read on.

The ideal candidate will be able to lift up to 50 pounds frequently and must be comfortable working indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions.

Responsibilities :

  • Greeting and Customer Service

Provide excellent customer service by greeting every customer with a smile and running the register with accuracy and speed.

  • Upsell customers when possible to increase sales.
  • Inventory Management

    • Stock shelves, coolers, and displays to keep merchandise looking fresh and full.

  • Maintain a clean and organized store by sweeping, mopping, cleaning windows, and maintaining entryways.
  • Teamwork and Safety

    • Willingly cross-train in other departments as needed.

  • Follow all safety procedures and company policies.
  • Be a team player and step in to help wherever needed.

    • Qualifications :

  • Must be at least 18 years old (21 years old in certain states).
  • Must be available to work weekends and holidays.
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds frequently.
  • Basic math skills required.
  • Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English effectively.
