Negotiate subcontracts effectively to support project goals
Utilize procurement software and tools in subcontract management
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field
Typically 10+ years of experience in procurement and subcontracting
Broad knowledge of subcontracting activities in the industry
Proven experience as a Principal Subcontracts Administrator
No security clearance required
