Seeking EPA certified HVAC technician with at least 3 years of experience to join our start up HVAC company.  Ideally looking for an independent contractor relationship who can work with the company on an as needed basis for a higher per hour rate.  Could negotiate rates and minimum day wage requirements.  Would be able to run service calls, perform preventive maintenance services, and help with installations.

Would ideally turn into a full-time position as the company grows.  Management and commission opportunities down the road.  American Mechanical Services is an affiliate of The Island Company.
