HR & Payroll Specialist

Responsibilities :
- Process payroll for multiple states, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Manage HR-related compliance reporting and maintain adherence to company policies and state regulations.
- Serve as the primary HR contact on-site, handling employee relations and addressing any concerns or inquiries.
- Oversee onboarding processes to ensure smooth integration of new hires into the company.
- Collaborate with company leadership to support HR and payroll-related initiatives.
- Utilize ERP payroll module to process payroll and manage employee compensation.
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Provide guidance to employees regarding benefits, including health insurance, 401K, and paid time off policies.
Requirements :
Minimum of 3-5 years of combined experience in human resources and payroll processing.At least 1-3 years of experience handling full-cycle payroll for multi-state operations.Proficiency in using ERP payroll modules and familiarity with HR software.Strong understanding of payroll compliance regulations and HR best practices.Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail for managing complex payroll and HR tasks.Ability to work independently while effectively collaborating with team members and leadership.Familiarity with benefits administration, including health insurance and retirement plans.
