Job descriptionServe as the solo Neonatal Nurse Practitioner on the NICU unit Manage patient care for a census of 8-15 infants (maximum unit capacity of 20) Collaborate with an on-call neonatologist Participate in a busy delivery service within a NICU (no surgeries; no transport duties required) Provide neonatal resuscitation and stabilization as needed Ensure adherence to clinical protocols and standards of care Must have at least 2 years of recent experience in a NICU setting Washington state license required Required certifications : Basic Life Support (BLS), Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) Board certification required : Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NNP) Strong compensation Travel-related expenses covered A-rated medical malpractice insurance provided Dedicated recruiter for future travel opportunities Whether you need long term coverage for your practice, short term vacation coverage, or anything in between – you can trust Barton Associates to provide the flexible staffing solutions your organization needs to thrive. About The Position
We are seeking an experienced Neonatal Nurse Practitioner for a locum tenens assignment in Washington. The role involves working as the solo NNP on a NICU unit with a census of 8-15 infants and a neonatologist on call.
