Colliers Engineering & Design is seeking a Project Manager to join our Civil / Site team in Phoenix, Arizona. The Project Manager will lead project design, profitability, and client management, ensuring design tasks meet technical standards and schedule deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Oversee technical accuracy and documentation on plans, reports, and design documents.
• Manage development of conceptual planning, grading, and drainage designs to achieve value engineering.
• Perform ordinance review, coordinate utility research, and conduct site visits during construction.
• Maintain quality control for all project documents.
• Identify problems, evaluate alternatives, and recommend solutions.
• Develop project schedules and construction timelines.
• Manage multiple projects and workload with competing deadlines.
• Prepare proposal scopes, project schedules, and change orders.
• Perform financial management, including invoice preparation, accounts receivable, and project profitability.
• Lead and mentor junior staff and manage client relationships.
• Ensure AutoCAD layering and detail standards are met.
