• Schedule : 4 tens per week
• Shift : 8am-6pm
• Call : 10 days per month
• Scope : General Cardiology
• Group / Support : 1 Physician, 1 NP, 1 PA
• EMR : Cerner
• Hospital : 25 bed critical access facility
• Required : Active Oregon License, Board Certified or Board Eligible, current ACLS
