A Lead Visual Designer is a senior role responsible for the creative direction and visual strategy of a company's brand across digital platforms. They lead and mentor a team of designers, ensure design quality aligns with user needs and business goals, and collaborate with other teams like product and marketing to create compelling visual experiences. This role requires a strong portfolio, expertise in visual design principles, and proficiency with tools like Figma.

Required skills and qualifications

• Experience : Typically requires 5-8+ years of experience in visual design for digital products, with proven experience in a lead or mentorship role.
• Technical skills : Proficiency in design tools like Figma is essential. Experience with other Adobe MarTech tools is often beneficial.
• Design expertise : Deep understanding of typography, layout, color, hierarchy, iconography, and motion graphics.
• Collaboration : Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
