Golisano Children’s Hospital - Lee Health is seeking a Pediatric Cardiologist.

Located near the beaches of Southwest Florida, Golisano Children’s Hospital, Lee Health, is a state-of-the-art pediatric facility that delivers vital and lifesaving care for children and their families. The hospital has a 14 bed PICU and a 64 bed NICU with 24-hour in-house neonatology coverage.

The organization has four acute care hospitals and two specialty hospitals that together house over 1,800 hospital beds.

Position Information

LPG – Pediatric Cardiology is seeking a full-time BC / BE Pediatric Cardiologist to join their busy practice. Qualified candidates will have completed a general pediatric residency and be fellowship trained in pediatric cardiology .

The practice currently includes 4 physicians and 1 APP and has outpatient clinics in Fort Myers with two satellite clinics in Naples and Port Charlotte. Call coverage is 1 : 4. Candidates will have interest in performing non-invasive ambulatory and inpatient pediatric cardiology, echocardiography, EKG, Holters, event monitors and stress testing.

Responsibilities

• Provide non-invasive ambulatory and inpatient pediatric cardiology services
• Perform echocardiography, EKG, Holters, event monitors and stress testing
• Participate in outpatient clinics in Fort Myers and satellite clinics in Naples and Port Charlotte
• Share call coverage for the practice (1 : 4)
