Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Inside Sales Representative located in Bergenfield, NJ. The Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for generating leads, managing accounts, and ensuring customer satisfaction and service. Day-to-day tasks will include contacting potential clients, providing information about vision correction procedures, responding to inquiries, and managing customer accounts to build and maintain relationships.

Qualifications

• Experience in Inside Sales and Lead Generation
• Strong skills in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service
• Proficiency in Account Management
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Background in healthcare or eye care is a plus
