Join Our Team in the Bridgeport, CT area!
The Community Inclusion Specialist (CIS) provides assistance to adults with developmental disabilities. The CIS creates and facilitates daily outings designed to promote community integration, build cultural identity, and connect participants with relevant opportunities to help meet their larger goals within the community. Participants may spend time in the community engaging in anything from cultural activities, museum visits, life skills-based excursions, volunteer opportunities, parks and more. The CIS may accompany up to three people at a time in the community, using public transportation or in your own personal vehicle.
This is a 34 hour position and it is considered full time , so you can choose from a great array of benefits and earn paid time off!
The shifts :
Monday and Tuesday 8am-4pm, Wednesday 8am-2pm, Thursday 8am-12pm, Friday 8am-4pm

This position requires medium lifting requirements, exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally.
