The Production Supervisor manages the day-to-day operations of the plant, ensuring that production goals are met and quality standards are maintained.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Oversee daily production, analyze production information, and investigate when production standards are not met
• Ensure quality standards are maintained
• Develop and train manufacturing floor employees
• Oversee scheduling and material handling
• Coordinate maintenance work to minimize downtime
