We are a renowned company in the Manufacturing industry, seeking an experienced and dedicated Industrial Maintenance Technician to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities :

As an Industrial Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for the following :

1. Conducting routine inspections of machinery and equipment to identify potential issues and carry out necessary preventive maintenance.

2. Troubleshooting and repairing industrial equipment and systems, including PLCs, hydraulics, pneumatics, and electrical machinery.

3. Implementing and following Lockout / Tagout (LOTO) procedures to ensure safe work practices during maintenance and repair activities.

4. Collaborating with the engineering team to implement equipment upgrades and improvements.

5. Documenting all maintenance and repair activities, including parts used and time spent on each task.

6. Training other team members on equipment operation and maintenance procedures.

7. Participating in continuous improvement initiatives to increase equipment efficiency and reliability.

Qualifications :

To be successful in this role, you will need the following qualifications :

1. A minimum of 2+ years of experience as an Industrial Maintenance Technician in the Industrial Manufacturing industry.

2. Experience with PLC is a plus

3. Extensive knowledge and experience with hydraulic and pneumatic systems.

4. Experience working with rubber machinery is highly desirable.

5. Demonstrated ability to implement and follow LOTO procedures.

6. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and repair complex industrial equipment.

7. Excellent communication skills with the ability to train others.

8. A strong commitment to safety and quality.

9. Physical ability to lift heavy equipment and work in a physically demanding environment.

10. A degree or diploma in a relevant field would be an added advantage.
