Willing to work at a steady pace, we are a very high volume service department. Must have a positive attitude and rise to challenging situations. The technician must provide their own tools, specialty tools are provided. Maintain the core Performance Automotive values of Honesty, Integrity, and Transparency Completion of an automotive technology course is a plus Strong problem-solving skills Basic computer literacy Ability to communicate well with others Possess a valid driver's license w / good driving record Substance screening is required of all Performance Ford Truck Country employees
