Program Assistants play a vital role in our organization, as they are charged with working in a fast-paced environment while providing clerical support to a variety of team members and individuals served by Clarity. A few of these responsibilities include :

Clarity Wellness Community is a progressive not-for-profit organization providing mental health services in Allegany and Wyoming counties. Clarity's mission is to empower people with care, connections and support for a lifetime of choice. We are currently seeking a part-time Program Assistant in our Wellsville, NY office.

• Providing administrative support to Community Initiatives Programs.
• Providing a warm and pleasant experience to all guests in a professional manner.
• Answering phones, transferring calls, taking messages, reviewing voicemails, and returning calls as needed.
• Completing tasks associated with enrollment of people in services which include but are not limited to the following : scheduling appointments, rescheduling appointments, documenting reasons for no shows, reschedules, and cancellations, building client record for all new clients by entering all of the necessary demographic data,
• Collecting co-payments as necessary.

Starting Wage : $15.50 per hour

Hours : Part-time 20 Hours, with opportunity for additional hours as needed
