Job description

We are looking to fill a long-term Contract role as Payroll Assistant

Mode of Interview : Webcam only

Work Arrangement : Onsite

Work Location : Indianapolis, IN

Shift : EST

Required Qualifications :

  • High School Diploma
  • 1 year of experience and strong oral and written communication skills
  • 1 year of experience and efficient and accurate data entry experience.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience working in a call center.
  • Prior experience processing W9 and direct deposit forms
  • Customer Service experience.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Outlook.
  • Prior experience working in an accounting support role.
  • Prior experience working with classified or sensitive information.
