Lead Physical Therapist Responsibilities :

As a Lead Physical Therapist at FYZICAL in Brooklyn, NY, you will play a crucial role in our organization's growth and success by providing exceptional patient care and taking a leadership position within our team. Your responsibilities will include :

Patient Evaluations and Diagnoses :

  • Conduct comprehensive new-patient evaluations and examinations.
  • Diagnose patients and assess physical activity limitations.

Treatment Planning and Goal Setting :

  • Create individualized treatment plans that set clear goals and completion dates.
  • Develop strategies for achieving optimal patient outcomes.

  • Equip patients with effective physical therapy intervention techniques and exercises.
  • Continuously track and measure progress to ensure positive outcomes.
  • Provide comprehensive education to patients, empowering them with the knowledge and skills needed for the continuation of their care.

    • Innovative Care Delivery :

  • Embrace innovation and utilize state-of-the-art techniques and technologies to enhance patient care and outcomes.

    Responsibilities

  • Lead Physical Therapist Responsibilities :

    • Join us at FYZICAL in Brooklyn, NY, as a Lead Physical Therapist and make a significant impact on our success and the broader physical therapy industry. Your role will encompass :

    Patient Care and Leadership : Conduct patient evaluations, set treatment goals, and provide innovative care. Assume a leadership role within our team.

  • Patient Empowerment : Educate and empower patients for ongoing care.
  • Innovation : Embrace new technologies and approaches to elevate patient care.
  • Clinical Reporting and KPIs : Be responsible for clinical performance reports, help create and meet office Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Scheduling and Staff Management : Efficiently manage the clinical staff schedule to optimize patient care and clinic operations.
  • Qualifications : Hold a valid New York state PT license, possess leadership qualities, and have a passion for growth and innovation.

    • Required Skills

  • Graduation from an accredited Physical Therapy (PT) program.
  • Current and valid New York state PT license.
  • Proficiency in creating and implementing comprehensive treatment plans for various patient conditions, including those related to balance, neurological, orthopedic, and other related issues.
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently in an autonomous environment.
  • Strong passion for helping patients with a diverse range of conditions and needs.
  • Self-motivated with a strong desire for continuous learning and professional development.
  • Preferred : Minimum of one year of experience in outpatient neurological or orthopedic centers, or prior experience in rehabilitation settings.
