The Alexandria Area YMCA is seeking a Facility Supervisor to oversee weekend operations and ensure an exceptional experience for our members, guests, and staff. This key leadership role is responsible for maintaining a safe, welcoming, and well-managed facility , while providing outstanding customer service, responding effectively to emergencies, and supporting operational needs across all departments.

Position Details :

• Schedule : One to two weekends per month, with additional weekend availability preferred
• Pay Range : $16.00 – $18.00 per hour
• Expected Hours : 10–12 hours per weekend, typically 5–6 hour shifts on Saturday and Sunday
