IT Business Analyst

**

Overview:**

We are seeking an experienced IT Business Architect to drive process improvements and align business operations with technology solutions. This individual will serve as a strategic partner to leadership, shaping the future state of business models and working across departments to streamline workflows, enhance systems, and support key transformation initiatives.

**Responsibilities: **

• Develop and maintain business capability maps, value streams, and future-state operating models.

• Lead and support cross-functional transformation projects focused on business processes and technology integration.

• Act as a liaison between IT and business leaders to ensure alignment on goals, solutions, and project priorities.

• Guide the planning and execution of ERP system upgrades and transformations, particularly within Oracle platforms.

• Identify opportunities for operational improvement and assist in driving enterprise-wide technology strategies.

• Collaborate with process owners and stakeholders to ensure consistent and effective change management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

• 10+ years of IT experience with a focus on ERP systems, ideally Oracle E-Business Suite and/or Oracle Cloud.

• 5+ years of experience working with Oracle Cloud HCM modules (such as Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, Recruiting, etc.).

• Strong knowledge of end-to-end business process flows such as Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, and Financials.

• Proven ability to lead business process improvement initiatives across departments.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex ideas clearly.

• PMP certification or experience managing full lifecycle IT projects is a plus.
