Were looking for a Senior Data Analyst to help transform lab and transactional data into structured, business-ready insights. • Define, document and help implement best practices for data governance and definitions

  • Contribute to the development and documentation of data models to support sourcing and procurement metrics.
  • Provide ad hoc reporting and analytics requests to support business and procurement decision making
  • Other projects as assigned

Minimum Requirements

  • 5+ years in a Data Analyst or hybrid Data Analyst / Engineer role with a Bachelors in Data Science, Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or a related field.
  • Strong SQL skills and hands-on experience working with relational databases on Microsoft SQL Server Mgt Studio
  • Demonstrated experience working within an ELT frameworkcomfortable handling raw ingested data and transforming it for reporting.
  • Experience with SAP Analytics (Hana) and BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.
  • Experience working within Google Cloud Platform environments
  • Strong attention to detail, data quality, and documentation practices.
  • Ability to travel up to 1 time per month for 23 days at a time.
  • Self-starter with strong analytical thinking and a collaborative approach.
  • Desirable Qualifications

  • Familiarity with dbt or similar transformation tools within modern data stacks.
  • Exposure to procurement, sourcing, or finance data sets.
  • Preference given to candidates that can work from St. Louis, Effingham, or Indianapolis offices
  • Ability to work from office up to 3 days / week
  • We put our people first at Heartland Dental, and that shows in our generous benefits package.
