Location : 3 Hours east of Portland, OR

Duration : ASAP - Ongoing, Locum (option to convert to permanent)

Reason for coverage : Growth in the community

Schedule : Monday Friday

Shift : 8a-5p

Call : None

Patient volume : 20 patients per day

Scope : Workers Comp and Employer Health

EMR : EPIC

Required : Oregon License, Board Certified in either Occupational Medicine, Preventive Medicine, or Family Medicine with Occ med experience
