Description of the role :
We are looking for the power hitter. The most organized and proactive manager available. A go-getter, non-velcro manager is where it starts for us. Loyalty, being on time, what you've done in the past, and how great you are, all that gets you to the dance, now, let's see what you've got.
Because we rarely hire from outside the organization, we need to know one thing about you first : What do you bring to the party we don't already have? How can you transform a non-performer into a superstar? What are your core beliefs for training, pricing used vehicles, and Inventory turn? Will your brain allow you to join our team and leave the past behind? We only hire 8-9-10s, so phoning it in doesn't work here.
We will give you a wide platform to play on. You will make your own decisions about inventory, salespeople, and a host of other things. We fully expect you to ask questions and to grow, but we don't babysit or micromanage, so if that is needed, this is too big of a job for you already.
