Job descriptionVandalia, OH Located approximately 15 minutes north of Downtown Dayton. Longtime established, multi-doctor, private practice has an abundance of patients and is adding more every day. You are needed and will be instantly productive. Highlights : CBCT in place. Will be buying a brand new one in 2026. Trios Scanner and plans of buying a 2nd. Respectful, family-vibe culture. A hygiene team that has essentially zero turnover in the last 15 years Outstanding reputation in the community. 7 RDAs - 6 EFDA 5 non-clinical / office staff Implant and Endo systems X-Ray in every operatory 2 operatories that enclose and Nitrous built into those Join 2 other experienced and high producing doctors that are open to mentorship 100% Fee for Service plus one dental insurance. 100% collection rate. Affluent and semi-affluent patients that are loyal and treatment accepting. Conservative earnings estimated between $275k and $325k. Associates have earned above $400k in this practice. Plus comprehensive benefits, 401k with match, license, DEA, and CE allowance and equity investment opportunities down the road. Daytime hours. No nights, no weekends. 4-Day workweek. Who are we seeking : Must have worked the prior two years, or more, outside of any training environment. We will consider 1 year plus a surgical residency, as well. Must be a great communicator and comprehensive treatment planner. Clear Aligner experience and interest is a must-have. We keep most anterior and premolar Endo. We would like for you to, as well. One of our doctors takes all Pediatric patients so you are not expected to treat any but you are welcome to if you have an affinity for Pediatric. Single implant placement would be great but not required. We ask you come able to restore implants. We are private, for-profit, and without academic ties. Unable to support visas of any kind.
