We are looking for an energetic, detail-oriented person that can join our team and provide exceptional customer service to our clients and students at our West Palm Beach location. The ideal candidate for this position would be someone that exhibits high energy and enjoys working with kids in a fun environment. This position is a full-time 32-40 hour position. This position does require you to stand, walk alongside the pool deck and area throughout the facility.

Must be able to work on Saturdays and Sundays 8 hours from 8 : 00am - 2 : 30pm.

Work Schedule : Monday - Wednesday 2 : 45pm - 8 : 15pm Friday - 1 : 00pm - 6 : 00pm Saturdays and Sundays - 8 : 00am - 2 : 30pm

Candidate Must :

• Be an advocate for creating a fun environment
• Be professional and a good first impression of the company
• Greet and welcome families
• Have good communication skills both verbal and written communication (in-person / over the phone, and email communication)
• Love kids and enjoy interacting with kids
• Demonstrate a strong desire to make a difference
• Display adaptability and decision-making skills in a fast-paced atmosphere
• Possess a growth mindset approach to informing and educating customers on the swim and gymnastics program
• Be comfortable not wearing shoes
