Qualifications :

• Minimum of Bachelor of Science Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institute of learning
• Registered and Licensed as a PT in NYS
• Must have a minimum of one year experience as a Physical Therapist in a health care setting; Home Care experience highly preferred
• Must be able to provide own transportation in order to make visits in assigned area(s); vehicle / drivers license may be required
