Manufacturing Engineering Management Process / Equipment Role, Midwest Location

Our client’s Midwest manufacturing facility has recently expanded and is one of the most profitable plants within the division. The plant employees 340 employees and has over 500,000square feet of continuous manufacturing processes.

A leader in the manufacturing of industrial / commercial residential and transportation applications building products has a critical and urgent need for leadership out of an industrial manufacturing environment Metal Fabrication, Steel, Aluminum, Automotive and related industrial manufacturing environments.

Keys to the Position

• Must have Engineering / Manufacturing Engineering leadership out of an industrial manufacturing environment Metal Fabrication, Steel, Aluminum, Automotive and related industrial manufacturing environments.
• MUST HAVE extensive industrial manufacturing equipment knowledge and experience that includes :
• Ability to Recommends and justifies most efficient use of existing production equipment.
• Provide new equipment justification based on labor and material savings.
• MUST HAVE strong industrial manufacturing process experience that includes :
• Responsible for the manufacturing process of new and existing products including ergonomic assessment, productivity improvements, manufacturing ability, and cost improvements.
• Capital Projects experience that includes :
• Experience with capital projects, managing multiple projects, understanding of Bill of Materials and routings along with ergonomic issues throughout the facility.
