Responsibilities :
Enter and update lead data in CRMUse email templates and texting tools for client communicationTrack and organize tasks and appointments for agentsAssist in setting up calendar appointments for buyers and sellersSupport team by maintaining organized client workflowsMonitor lead response times and report follow-up outcomesQualifications :
