This position requires Board Certification for Nurse Practitioners (NP) or Physician Assistants (PA) who are proficient in providing care to adolescent patients.

Schedule Details :

• Work 4 / 5 days per week
• Hours : 8 am to 4 pm
• No Call
• Weekend and Holiday coverage on a rotating and / or split basis

Responsibilities :

• Provide General Medicine care
• Conduct Initial History and Physical assessments
• Offer General Medicine Consultations
• Manage approximately 15 encounters per day
