Travel Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) / Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) – Long Term Care (LTC)

Location : Petoskey, MI

Start Date : 10 / 6 / 2025

Duration : 13 weeks

Shift : Nights, 6 : 30p–7 : 00a, 3x12s (36 hours / week guaranteed)

Weekend Requirements : Every other weekend

On-Call Requirements : None

Position Summary :

Under the supervision of the Unit Manager / ADON / DON, the LPN / LVN assumes responsibility and accountability for a group of residents / patients for the assigned shift. Nursing care is provided through assessment, implementation, and evaluation of individualized care plans. The nurse ensures resident safety, supervises nursing assistants and support staff, and adheres to all Villa policies, State Nurse Practice Act regulations, and applicable standards of care.

Requirements :

Active MI or Compact LPN / LVN license Required

At least 2 years SNF / LTC or Med Surg experience Required

BLS (AHA or American Red Cross only) Required

Flexibility with scheduling – Required
