24-hour pager call with Call Back, 7a-7a
Hospital based coverage
ERCP required; EUS highly preferred
Perform 3-4 outpatient procedures per day, inpatient procedures, and consults
Adult only
EMR : Cerner

Rates needed for Submission :

Malpractice (must be included in rates)

Submission Requirements

Board Certified or Truly Board Eligible within 3 years of Residency - Required

Active IA License - Required (will not accept active IMLC)

ACLS - Required

Provider must be willing / able to work inpatient - Required

ERCP - Required

EUS - highly preferred

Clean Malpractice / Background for Quick Privileges - Required
