A company is looking for a Library Systems and Applications Support Specialist (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

Provide technical support for the integrated library system (ILS) and user authentication systems
Assist with website maintenance and collaborate on design updates and content auditing
Conduct quality assurance testing for homegrown applications and collaborate with staff to ensure smooth operations

Required Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED

Combination of education and experience in a systems development environment equal to two years of web development
