This role involves assembling and testing small electro-mechanical components used in specialized equipment. Work includes handling miniature parts, using microscopes and hand tools, and following precise production guidelines. Direct Hire opportunity with full benefits. All daytime hours.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and inspect small mechanical / electronic parts using basic tools, adhesives, and light soldering
• Operate production equipment and follow established manufacturing and quality procedures
• Record inspection data and maintain accurate digital documentation
• Read and follow technical drawings and written instructions
• Keep the work area clean, organized, and safe
• Assist with general production tasks and routine equipment care as needed
