Nocturnist Opening in Pueblo, CO Colorado Springs 42mFull-timeSeeking a motivated, board-certified or board-eligible Nocturnist to join their team. The ideal candidate will be full-time and passionate about delivering excellent patient care within a supportive, physician-led environment. Schedule : Six-on, nine-off; 144 twelve-hour shifts / year (extra shifts available) Provide overnight hospitalist care Collaborate closely with Advanced Practice Providers across hospital locations Utilize EPIC EMR for patient management Support a closed ICU managed by Pulmonary / Critical Care fellows Engage in mentoring and collaborative teamwork Physician-led medical group with nearly 1,600 providers Qualifications : Board Certified or Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine (0-5 years post-residency) Active Colorado medical license or willingness to obtain DEA license (required prior to start) Compensation and Benefits : Compensation : $252,000 - $280,000 annually + potential bonuses Relocation assistance available Paid malpractice coverage Generous CME allowance Retirement plans with employer match (403(b) and optional 457(b Comprehensive health, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance Wellness and voluntary benefits including FSA, HSA, pet insurance, identity theft protection Paid family and medical leave per Colorado FAMLI guidelines Time off benefits starting at employment
