Zachary Piper Solutions  is seeking a  Help Desk Specialist in Colorado Springs, CO

Responsibilities of the Help Desk Specialist include :

  • First contact for customers needing technical assistance with tickets, phone calls, emails, or in person support
  • Troubleshoot problems, coordinate technical support
  • Logs events and problems and follows up to update customer status
  • Maintains service level agreements related to desk side support and incidents
  • Escalates unresolved issues to next level support team
  • Converts data to a customer defined format such as XML for ingest into system

Qualifications for the Help Desk Specialist include :

  • 1-3 years of help desk / service desk / call center experience
  • Experience with ticketing systems such as Remedy or Servicenow
  • ACTIVE DoD Secret Clearance
  • Willingness to go on site 5 days a week in Colorado Springs
  • Compensation for the Help Desk Specialist include :

  • Salary : 35,000-40,000
  • Depending on Experience and Education Level
  • Comprehensive Benefits :  Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K, PTO, Sick Leave as required by law, and Holidays
