Zachary Piper Solutions is seeking a Help Desk Specialist in Colorado Springs, CO
Responsibilities of the Help Desk Specialist include :
- First contact for customers needing technical assistance with tickets, phone calls, emails, or in person support
- Troubleshoot problems, coordinate technical support
- Logs events and problems and follows up to update customer status
- Maintains service level agreements related to desk side support and incidents
- Escalates unresolved issues to next level support team
- Converts data to a customer defined format such as XML for ingest into system
Qualifications for the Help Desk Specialist include :
1-3 years of help desk / service desk / call center experienceExperience with ticketing systems such as Remedy or ServicenowACTIVE DoD Secret ClearanceWillingness to go on site 5 days a week in Colorado SpringsCompensation for the Help Desk Specialist include :
