Responsibilities :

Prepare and review tax returns for individuals, nonprofits, S-Corps, C-Corps, and partnerships

Lead and mentor junior tax staff

Collaborate with leadership to improve systems and scale operations

Support expansion into outsourced accounting and bookkeeping services

Utilize tools such as Lacerte Tax Software, QuickBooks Online, and Creative Solutions

Candidate Profile :

3+ years of tax experience

Bachelor's degree in Accounting

CPA preferred ; candidates actively pursuing CPA will be considered

Salary : $75,000 to $90,000
