Overview
The Opportunity : Prepare training materials and deliver content to employees to improve their skills and knowledge. Collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure trainings created and administered are compliant with Agency standards and alignment with Agency objectives.
Location and Schedule
- Location : Council Bluffs, IA, Ramsey, MN, Eau Claire, WI, Topeka, KS, Fargo, ND, Greensboro, NC, Woodland, CA or Fresno, CA
- Work Arrangement : This role will require 3 days / week in the office.
- Hours : 7 : 30am-4 : 15pm CST Monday through Thursday, and 7 : 30am-12pm CST on Fridays
- Compensation : The starting salary range for this role is between $64,000 and $96,000 annually, depending on experience.
Your New Role
Design, assemble, update and present employee trainings and materials using recognized training techniques and toolsFacilitate learning through a variety of delivery methods including classroom instruction, virtual training and on-the-job coachingIdentify training needs and map out learning and development plans for individuals and teamsMonitor effectiveness of training by analyzing individual or group performance resultsCollect feedback on existing training sessions and make improvements to content and presentationContribute to training program designs and enhancementsSchedule, create and administer training videos and testing for new hiresMaintain knowledge of carrier, system, underwriting and insurance processes and changesEnsure employees are updated and kept current on company procedure and latest changesCollaborate with department leaders on training needs agenda to ensure alignment with business objectivesGather manager feedback and evaluate staff to identify needs and ensure appropriate training content is availableCollaborate with people at different levels within the organization; work closely with Marketing and Underwriting on upcoming RMA changesInterpret RMA material and construct communications that articulate changes / messages in an easily understood manner suitable for presentation to a variety of customers with different knowledge levelsEnsure employees are updated and kept current on company procedure and latest changes from Risk Management AgencyRequired Education
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and work experienceRequired Experience

The salary range for this role is provided above. This is the national range for location(s) listed. The salary offer will be decided based on the role's complexity, its location, and the candidate's professional background, including their education and experience. Beyond the base salary, regular full-time and part-time employees will also be eligible for QBE's annual discretionary bonus plan based on business and individual performance.
